Gill Cogan is a founding partner of Opus Capital, bringing more than 20 years of venture capital investing experience as well as experience building and leading venture capital firms. Gill is also a founding General Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners and continues to serve as Managing Partner of the Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners Funds. Prior to joining Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners in 1990, Gill managed the West Coast venture capital operations of Adler & Company. In 1985, he was one of three general partners who formed the first independent Israeli venture fund. Gill's operating experience includes his tenure as CEO of Formtek, Inc. a systems company based on technology developed at Carnegie Mellon University which was subsequently acquired by Lockheed Corporation. Gill holds an MBA from UCLA.

Dr. Maydan has been President Emeritus of Applied Materials, Inc., a semiconductor manufacturing equipment company, since April 2003 and a member of that company's Board of Directors since June 1992. Prior to that, he had been President of Applied Materials since January 1994. From March 1990 to January 1994, Dr. Maydan served as Applied Materials' Executive Vice President, with responsibility for all product lines and new product development. Before joining Applied Materials in September 1980, Dr. Maydan spent thirteen years managing new technology development at Bell Laboratories during which time he pioneered laser recording of data on thin-metal films and made significant advances in photolithography and vapor deposition technology for semiconductor manufacturing. In 1998, Dr. Maydan was elected to the National Academy of Engineering. He serves on the Board of Directors of Drexler Technology and Advisory Board of Komatsu Electronics. Dr. Maydan received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology, and his Ph.D. in Physics from Edinburgh University in Scotland.Dr.Maydan serves on the company's compensation committee and nominating and governance committee.
Former GE Executive & Former Raychem CEO Retired President, Tyco Ventures
Richard A. Kashnow is the retired president of Tyco Ventures, a venture capital unit he established for Tyco International in 1999, following Tyco's acquisition of Raychem Corporation. For several years before that, Dr. Kashnow served as chairman, chief executive officer, and president of Raychem, a $1.8 billion public technology company specializing in electronic components and engineered materials. Prior to Raychem, Dr. Kashnow held executive positions with Manville Corporation, where he became president of its $1 billion building products and engineered materials subsidiary, Schuller Corporation.Dr. Kashnow began his business career as a physicist at General Electric's corporate R&D center. During his seventeen years at GE, he held technical and general management positions, including corporate technology consultant, manager of GE Aerospace's electronics laboratory, and general manager of GE Lighting's quartz and chemical products business. Dr. Kashnow earned a bachelor of science degree in physics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (1963) and a PhD in solid-state physics from Tufts University. He served as an officer in the U.S. Army (1968-1970). Dr. Kashnow serves on the company's audit committee and nominating and governance committee.

Tom Georgens is President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of NetApp.
Previously, Georgens served as President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all product operations and field operations worldwide from February 2008 to August 2009.
Georgens joined NetApp in October 2005 and served as the company's executive vice president of Product Operations from January 2007 until February 2008. Previously he served as NetApp's executive vice president and general manager of Enterprise Storage Systems.
Before joining NetApp, Georgens spent nine years at Engenio, a subsidiary of LSI Logic, the last two years as CEO. He also served in various other positions, including president of LSI Logic Storage Systems and executive vice president of LSI Logic. At Engenio, he built the business into a successful OEM storage provider for companies such as IBM, Sun Microsystems, StorageTek, Silicon Graphics, and NCR.
Prior to Engenio, Georgens spent 11 years at EMC in a variety of engineering and marketing positions.
Georgens holds a bachelor of science degree and a master of engineering degree in computer and systems engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as well as a master of business administration degree from Babson College.

Eric Brown is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Electronic Arts Inc., the world's leading interactive entertainment software company.
Mr. Brown originally joined EA in 1998, serving as Vice President / Chief Operating Officer of EA's Redwood Shores Studio as well as working overseas in Japan. He left the company in 2000 to join Strategy.com as Chief Financial Officer and ultimately became President and Chief Financial Officer of its parent company, MicroStrategy, Inc. Most recently he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at McAfee Inc., the world's largest dedicated security technology company.
Prior to joining Electronic Arts, he served as co-founder and Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Development of DataSage Inc. Earlier in his career he held several financial management positions at the Haagen-Dazs Company, working in Hong Kong and Paris.
Mr. Brown earned his bachelor's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
